I'm the author of How to Think Like a Roman Emperor: The Stoic Philosophy of Marcus Aurelius, and several other books on philosophy and psychotherapy. I'm a cognitive psychotherapist, specializing in anxiety disorders. I'm also one of the founding members of the Modern Stoicism nonprofit, and the founder and president of the Plato's Academy Centre nonprofit, in Athens, Greece.
